HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN:

* LOGIN to "My Account"

 

* Under "Track My Recent Orders" Click on "View Details" of the order you would like to return.

 

*  On the right side, towards the bottom of the page, click on "Add New RMA"

 

* Fill out necessary information

 

* Wait for email containing instructions to complete your return

 

 

 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL

 

1. Cut fabric may be returned within 7 days of receipt by customer and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

2. Yarn may be returned within 30 days of receipt provided it is in new condition with no signs of wear or smell. All items must be in NEW condition.

 

3.  We do not take returns on books or patterns due to copyright issues. If you are unsure about a color matching please contact us for a swatch prior to purchase.

4. All returns must be authorized.

 

5.  Because Dillinger Fabrics offers flat rate, discounted shipping to our customers, returns may be subject to a fee to cover the difference Dillinger Fabrics has paid for shipping charges. 

6. Dillinger Fabrics is not responsible for return shipping, and will not issue a credit for any shipping charges incurred. We always recommend insuring your returns as Dillinger Fabrics is not responsible for any items lost/stolen during shipping.
