The skirt features a drop waistband, 15 different fabric strips, and an attached underskirt with a hint of tulle peaking out of the bottom. Instructions for embellished t-shirt also included.

10-15 different scraps of fabric measuring from 4"-7" wide and 4" - 21" tall. If you are buying all new fabrics, get 5/8 yard of each one and you will have some left over. (You can adjust accordingly for smaller sizes)
